Brakes Plus Bayswater

Took my car in for a major service knowing my brake light was out before dropping it off. When I got the car back the globe hadn't been replaced, despite the invoice claiming that all lights were checked and a 77 point inspection had been done on the car. Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked/done. They also left a RAG IN MY ENGINE and overquoted me by about $500 to get my head gasket fixed. I have as free minor service to go here, but I won't be taking my car back. Avoid if you want a trusted mechanic.
