Bomac Engineering will have its Altrac cranes on display at the Safety in Action/Melbourne Materials Handling Show at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from 20 to 22 March. This product was named Innovative Product of the Year at the 2006 Endeavour Awards. Attendees are invited to stop by stand K4 to see Bomac’s products and discuss technical details with an engineer. Bomac’s cranes use a combination of Altrac extruded rail and free-running Trac Trolleys that adds up to an overall easy-to-use system. TRAC TROLLEYS with a rolling resistance of less than 0.5% very little effort is needed to move materials the entire length and width of your entire workspace. The wide variety of wheels, bearings and tyres makes these trolleys adaptable to many environments from dusty outdoor applications to clean food and beverage manufacturing. ALTRAC extruded rail is self-cleaning thanks to its rounded surface shape, keeping the trolleys rolling smoothly and allowing easy visual inspection of the entire system. Altrac comes in straight lengths up to 12m and standard 90 and 180 degree bends, so it can be suited to your production line needs. The entire system is based on a simple bolt-together design for quick installation and future extension. Visit stand K4 at the Safety in Action/Melbourne Materials Handling Show to try the system yourself and see just how innovative it really is.
