About Body And Balance
Body and Balance Pilates/Yoga/Fitness will balance and shape the body and the mind. My endeavor is to incorporate my knowledge and experience in fitness and health to help people of all ages and fitness levels to reach their fitness potential. Body and Balance Pilates allows the participant to reach their potential in their own time and at their own pace. All Body and Balance classes offer Yoga Nidra (relaxation) as a standard part of the Pilates class
