We Design: new homes, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, general renovation plans, patio plans & entertainment area plans. We Also: draw plans for existing structures requiring approval & provide energy efficiency reports Owner, Bob has been designing homes in the Caboolture/Sunshine Coast & Hinterland areas for over 14 years and has over 20 years experience in the building design & drafting industry. Bob Keating Design & Drafting are also available to travel to Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Somerset Region & the Sunshine Coast. They have successfully completed projects in Mitchell, Dalby, Chinchilla and North Queensland. Bob has done extensive studies in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. He is a qualified BERS Assessor and is fully qualified with Queensland Building Services Authority. Licence Number: 65458. Wife and business partner, Julie has been working in the business for over 10 years.
