The name ‘BlueBin’ was first used in a strategic planning session to facilitate a paradigm shift.It stuck.It fits our vision for what we do and the way we want to work with you.

We Identify Problems - Businesses have problems. In good times, the problems may not be obvious but they still occur. In an environment of rising costs, staff shortages and stiff competition the problems become more visible.

We Find Solutions - Using our experience and skills, we find solutions and cost them out as well as describe benefits.

Wherever possible, we offer a fixed price assignment for implementation. Change is a fact of life, which can affect the scope of the solution and hence alter costs and benefits. BlueBin’s change management processes and progress reporting minimise the risks of change and keep stakeholders informed at all times.
