Club est. to preserve the art & introduce others to it's uniqueness. Simplicity, instinctive reaction & a 'don't quit resolve' are the key outcomes persued by the practioners. This is in line with GM Navarro's teachings. Trevor has been personally trained by GM Navarro ongoing for the past 13 years, 20yrs experience in other systems to supplement training methods & Nat. accredited Martial Arts & Sports Coach with AIS Cert. Current Child Safety Blue Card.

Training System
Empty Hands (Pangamot), Filipino Boxing and Lowline Kicking, Dagger, Short stick, Stick and Dagger, Single Stick, Double Stick, Long Stick. Teaching the three subsystems which includes all of the above.
