The owner was eager for our order. At the end of January, he rang us 6 times in one day. We placed our order (over $7K), after we had an email from Jack Klein stating that the goods would be despatch but there would be a short delay for the tablecloths to be made up. We received about half our order two weeks later. Six weeks later, and we wait for the rest of it. The entire amount was charged to our credit card at the end of January. The company terms are payment upon despatch. Now we can't get a straight answer about when the rest of the order will be shipped. My husband has been chasing Jack, since he does not return calls not that he has our money. He first said the tables would be shipped in another month, and that the tablecloths and chairs had been shipped last week. Then he emailed consignment numbers, which the carrier web site reported to be invalid. Jack refuses to credit our credit card for the unshipped goods, saying it was our fault we paid for it all in January. Today we have an email that our goods will arrive next week. Jack has repeatedly lied to us. We will now dispute the charge with our credit card company, and try to get our money back for the unshipped items. This is very unpleasant and time-consuming. Not recommended.
