About Australian School of Shotokan Karate
At the Australian School of Shotokan Karate (ASSK), we teach martial arts as part of a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. The programmes are designed to cover the required curriculum in a positive environment. ASSK have separate children, teenage adult classes. Our programme is designed to develop your coordination, quicken reflexes, and build stamina. Furthermore, it will enhance your self-esteem, leadership skills and confidence at the same time. The rewards of karate are numerous. In our everyday lives we often forget the values of exercise to both our physical and mental health. In this, karate is a life long journey.
