About Amazing Wedding cakes by Elisabeth
Cakes are a traditional part of Austrian culture as old as the country
itself. I am a master pastry chef with thirty years of experience. My
mother loved to bake and as long as I can remember I was helping her in
the kitchen.
My formal training in the art of making and
decorating cakes took place in Austria’s most renowned pastry shops and
finished with the graduation as a Master pastry chef. I love what I do
and I am passionate about my work. I have successfully operated my
business "Elisabeth's Wedding Cakes" on the Sunshine Coast for 20
years. The greatest satisfaction I get is the sparkle and excitement in
my customers eyes when they view their cake. A cake has to make your
taste buds tingle and your eyes shine. My utmost priority is to ensure
that every cake that leaves my kitchen must be absolutely perfect. All
my cakes are made from scratch using the best quality ingredients.
