We provide home and work-based assessments, treatment and education for adults residing between Waroona and Fremantle, WA. Our primary aim is to maximise the functional independence, safety, comfort and quality of life for individuals by overcoming limitations caused by ageing, illness or injury.
Specific services include: Self care and domestic skills retraining / equipment prescription / home modification / neurological rehabilitation / falls and injury prevention / stress management / education / community services co-ordination / ergonomic workstation assessments and consultancy.
