About Acupressure Mat
The Acupressure Mat is an inflatable mat covered with thousands of small pressure pads or 'spikes', which can help to relieve pain, tension, insomnia and stress. The Acupressure Mat is the only inflatable mat of its kind. By inflating the Acupressure Mat, pressure is evenly distributed
throughout the body, making it more effective than other
non-inflatable, foam cushioned mats on the market. The Acupressure Mat
has been developed by the Swedish School of Complimentary Medicine and
is based on the original Russian spike mat, also known as the Kuznetsov
