With offices located in Fremantle, Mandurah and Bunbury, Access Housing (a not-for-profit organisation) is a leading provider of affordable housing for West Australians on low to moderate incomes. Our vision is that people have access to appropriate, secure homes to live well in their community. Our role is also to provide housing for some of the state's most disadvantaged citizens, balancing both compassion and commercial sustainability. With an excess of 1379 properties, we are developing a rapidly growing and substantial portfolio of owned properties.

We provide:
-Rental housing services across the Perth Metro, Peel and South West regions
-Property and tenancy management services to the Department of Housing, Community Housing Organisations, NRAS investors, private investors and local government
-Properties to increase WA's supply of social and affordable housing
-Home ownsership models for our tenants, low to moderate income earners and first home buyers.
