Constant moisture causes moss and algae to grow on roofs, sidewalks and fences. Though green and black algae may look like mould on a roof, it's not. Moss has roots and can cause more damage than algae on a roof. Moss, mould & algae buildups are unsightly, slippery underfoot & hasten deterioration of the surfaces on which they grow. We can apply a safe, effective & biodegradable spray treatment (not bleach) which tackles this problem in it's tracks & prevents reinfestation. It is recommended this treatment be done annually as a maintenance measure, but we cater for house sales, and the occasional 'clean' when outdoor surfaces become a slip hazard. In addition, if lichen, dirt or other unsightly buildups are a problem on your rock walls, fences or concrete, we have the solutions to remove it efficiently & quickly, and keep it from coming back!
