A.V. Architects have been successfully designing and lodging Development Applications in the Local Council areas such as Ashfield, Canterbury, Marrickville, Botany, Randwick, Rockdale, Kogarah and Sutherland.
A.V.Architects offer a complete DA service for residential projects including Shadow Diagrams, Statement of Environmental Effects and BASIX Certificates (subject to fee agreement).
