1st Wave Surf school is located right on the beachfront at Main Beach.
We cater for beginner and intermediate surfers and have a range of surfing lessons to suit all abilities. We also offer surfboard hire and have a range of mini mals, fun boards, soft boards, fishes and malibus for sale.
Our beachfront location is the most convenient way for you to hire any beach gear or try some of our demo boards before you buy a surfboard.
Our beginner learn to surf lessons go for 2 hours and are great fun whether you are looking to start surfing or just hoping for a fun thrill while you're on holidays. Our surf instructors will have you up and surfing after just 1 lesson.
We also cater for school, corporate, university or social groups.
We are located 5 minutes by car north of surfers paradise, or 1 hour south from Brisbane. We are the closest surf school to the Brisbane region.
